A serious crash with injuries blocked the right lane and caused temporary closures on a stretch of the Saw Mill River Parkway in Northern Westchester early Tuesday evening.
The incident, on the northbound side, occurred just south of Green Lane in Bedford Hills, with stop-and-go traffic backed up to Kisco Avenue (Exit 37) in Mount Kisco.
Mount Kisco Police said just before 6 p.m. that motorists should avoid the area while the crash is being investigated.
The lane reopened by 7:30 p.m.
